These are the rules that Bloodline RP operates under. They are crucial for maintaining proper, fair, and constructive roleplay. If you have any questions, please reach out to a staff member for clarification. Staff may ask you to reference specific elements hidden in this document. Treat the staff with respect, as they are here to ensure everyone's Bloodline RP experience is enjoyable, fair, and entertaining.
BLOODLINE ROLEPLAY RULES:
Out of character (OOC): Communicate in a real-life context.
VigilanteRP: Prohibited from taking 'crime fighting' into your own hands.
GangRP: Safeguard your gang's key card for accessing drug spots in the city at all costs. Any gang can seize the key card from another gang after one hour of possession. However, there's a one-hour grace period for the original owner to reclaim it if stolen. If you kill the key holder, you can only take the card, leaving the rest of their inventory untouched.
Powergaming: Avoid roleplaying with mechanics or abilities that do not exist.
Cop Baiting: Refrain from intentionally enticing law enforcement into any form of RP.
ParkourRP: You can only use the parkour command when you are evading police or just to have some fun. You cannot exploit the system at anytime. If you shoot someone while in parkour mode you will receive 50+ coms.
RollingRP: After rolling once during a gunfight you must wait 10 seconds to roll again.
SuicideRP: Do not initiate RP by messaging about self-harm or suicide.
FearRP: Value your life and roleplay fear realistically as you would in real life.
Lootboxing: Avoid taking the majority of a person's belongings without logical RP reason.
ShitRP: Maintain RP quality to allow constructive interaction with others.
FailRP: Avoid actions that wouldn't be considered in the real world.
HitmanRP: Prohibited from engaging in transactions for the harm of another player.
RDM: Avoid attempting to kill another player with minimal or no roleplay.
Griefing: Do not purposefully ruin the server experience for other players.
VDM: Refrain from using vehicles as weapons without proper roleplay initiation.
Gunplay over Roleplay: Prioritize meaningful interaction over unnecessary shooting.
BLR: Adhere to the Bloodline Rules; do not seek revenge based on previous interactions.
Gender Identity: If you are a male or female you must have a character associated with your correct gender.
GTA Driving: Follow proper driving etiquette; avoid excessive speeds and terrain misuse.
Combat Logging: Stay connected for at least 10 minutes after involving yourself in a situation.
Metagaming: Avoid using out-of-character information to benefit your character's knowledge.
Pregnancy RP: Roleplaying as being pregnant with a child is allowed.
1. You must proficiently speak and understand English and possess a functional microphone.
2. Any form of griefing behavior will result in a permanent, unappealable ban.
3. Usage of third-party software aiding in aiming weapons is strictly prohibited.

6. Roleplaying as terrorists or a terrorist organization is not allowed.
7. Real-world currency cannot be used to purchase in-game money or assets on our economy server.
8. Avoid going AFK in-game; any consequences during your absence are your responsibility. However, intentional targeting of an AFK player is not allowed.
9. Holding a whitelist role in Bloodline while being involved in actively developing another server may result in an unappealable ban.
10. Ensure your character name is clearly identifiable as a first and last name, avoiding random strings or unrealistic names.
11. Derogatory remarks, actions, words, or references related to race, gender, religion, sexuality, disabilities, sexual assault/rape, etc., are strictly prohibited in RP/OOC/Discord.
12. Whitelisted points are limited to a total of 3, with specific values assigned to different roles.

12. You cannot interfere with an ongoing robbery or hostage situation unless you were originally a part of it.
13. You cannot attempt more than a single breakout for a person in police custody per situation.
14. You cannot use out-of-game communications. All communications must be done either via your cell phone or a radio.
15. You cannot disclose locations on the darknet. You must exchange information in person or text message to another player.
16. You cannot interfere with an ongoing street race, with the exception of law enforcement who are chasing/attempting to intercept.
17. You cannot hang around the body of a person you have 'downed'. Your priority would be to get out of the area.
18. You cannot have any visual modifications to your game which provide a clear, unfair, playing advantage or remove any aspect of realism.
19. You cannot take fines from people whilst impersonating police. LSPD must also show as green 'Online', 3 Officers, to maintain this line of roleplay.
20. You cannot use any fast travel/teleport into a property or location at any time unless you are a staff member.
21. When committing a criminal action, involved in a chase, or in a police situation:
a. You cannot change your clothing within 10 minutes of losing the police or other pursuers.
b. You cannot retrieve or store a vehicle within 10 minutes of losing the police or other pursuers. This includes retrieving vehicles from a garage, impound, insurance, or purchasing a vehicle.
22. While involved in an active police pursuit or situation, you cannot:
a. Repair, or demand repair for, a vehicle.
b. Have others interfere with the chase, such as an ambush, ram police vehicles, or add occupants to a vehicle to initiate a shootout.
23. You are not allowed to involve yourself in a police situation or altercation with other groups that your group was not originally involved in.
24. You cannot call any services (Police / EMS / Mechanic, etc.) with the intention to rob, cherry, or kidnap them. You must find them naturally.
25. You cannot drive in a manner that would severely endanger your life for no real purpose. You must value your life when operating a vehicle.

28. Any transferring of money or assets between players should have sufficient and legitimate reasoning in roleplay.
29. You cannot swap characters to involve yourself in a situation if you have the knowledge of or the situations originated from your other character.
30. You cannot create a character as a decoy for another character's criminal activities, such as owning properties, facilitating vehicle transfers, buying weapons for unlicensed individuals, or transferring/storing money or weapons. You are also not allowed to willingly assist with a decoy character, like funneling money to maintain a property for an inactive owner.
1. You cannot take any vehicles inside of a bank / store during a robbery.
2. You cannot initiate a bank robbery 30 minutes or less before a scheduled server restart.

ii. Bank Robbery/Vangelico - Maximum of 4 people involved. No outside assistance and a maximum of two vehicles on the scene, no additional getaway drivers.
iii. Union Depository - Maximum of 8 people involved. Outside spotters permitted and do not count towards this limit but may not involve themselves beyond the relaying of information.
iv. Commercial/Container Break-in - Maximum of 4 people involved, no outside assistance, and a maximum of two vehicles on the scene.
v. House Robberies - A maximum of 3 people involved, no outside assistance, and a maximum of one vehicle on the scene.
1. You cannot harm a compliant person during a robbery.

4. You cannot start a robbery on an individual who is in any menu (Clothing, Hair, Tattoo, Plastic Surgery).
5. You cannot hold up an Officer unless there are at least 3 LSPD members online. Robbing their items is permissible only after good, legitimate, and logical roleplay has occurred. Robbing police solely for equipment is not allowed.
6. You cannot hold up a player unless there are at least 2 LSPD online. Exceptions include illegal locations like drug spots, scenes of illegal item exchange/sale, and money laundering. Chop shop is not considered an exception to this rule.

1. Do not stream Dynasty 8 content while clocked in unless you have the client's explicit permission.
2. Streaming in staff channels is prohibited due to the sensitive and private information being discussed.
1. You cannot disband your gang during an active territory contest.
2. You cannot rob/hold up/kidnap other players simply for being within your territory; territory does not exempt you from other basic server rules.
3. You cannot leave a gang to bypass set gameplay restrictions and assist the previously left gang; these restrictions are in place to ensure a fair experience for all.
4. You cannot create additional gangs to bypass any imposed limitations, including, but not limited to; claiming additional territory, bypassing gang member limits, or perk limits.
5. You can 'press' (intimidate) players with good roleplay reasoning/intent within your territory to leave. Likewise, with good reasoning, targeted players should also abide by FearRP.
If you suspect someone has violated Bloodline RP rules, refrain from taking matters into your own hands. Follow the procedure below for prompt and effective assistance.
• When possible, note the overhead ID number of the other party involved; it aids staff in tracking down players, although it's not mandatory.
• To contact a staff member, visit our Discord channel 'support-ticket' and create a ticket. If staff are online in-game, use 'T/report' to submit a report. Staff will review and investigate, making contact with you if necessary. If no communication occurs as expected, we recommend moving to Discord.
Note: Excessive use of the T/report function will lead to a ban.
• In Discord, join the voice channel labeled ‘Waiting for Supportf’ where available staff members will assist you.
• If, after a reasonable time, you receive no assistance, report the issue through the website's Help section by submitting a Player Report.
